Meet The Premier Team

The Premier Building Systems family of steel building professionals is comprised of nine building advisors ready to answer all your steel building questions and design your metal building to your specifications. There are three office professionals who support this great team with accounting, general office and advertising support. We also have three construction specialists on staff who erect and build out steel buildings across Georgia. Scott Philips is the President of Premier Building Systems, Inc.. He established the business in 1995 with a vision for a strong future in the Steel Buildings industry. In 1997, he designed and built the company headquarters in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Unique to only a few companies in the industry, Premier Building Systems, Inc headquarters is a steel building ... we truly believe in, understand and use our product. When Scott is not emersed in the steel building industry, he enjoys spending time with his family, including watching his son participate in Motorcross and taking in Clemson football games.  

My name is Danny Garrett I have been with Premier Buildings Systems for 15 years. During these 15 years I have enjoyed meeting thousands of new people. I have been doing business with hundreds of customers throughout the United States. I am a people person who really enjoys the customer service aspect of my position. I love the job I do because everyday is an exciting new experience. More than anything, I love spending time with my wife and teenage daughter. Premier realizes how important families are and has allowed me important family time and this contributed to my years of dedication to this company. I love playing golf on the weekend with friends, and going to our deer camp with good friends who are also my co-workers. Premier is truly a family of professionals. I love all types of sports. I grew up in South Georgia and have lived in Georgia my entire life. 

Hello, my name is Blake Wilson.  I started working at Premier Building Systems on May of 2000. Premier makes it easy to provide my customers with a great product, at a fair price, because we have built long lasting relationship with our suppliers. We understand that a company can only be as good as the product they sell, and by the service they provide. Those two things have been the driving force of what we do day in and day out.

When I am not selling steel buildings, I enjoy spending time with my 2 daughters. They keep me on the go. When it comes to personal time, hunting, camping, and hanging out with friends, are a couple of my favorite things.  

My name is Jason Arrowood; I have been in the steel industry for over 10 years. I was in the restoration and floor business prior to coming on with the Premier family and becoming a Premier Construction Advisor. I enjoy working with customers on their individual steel building projects to come up with economical solutions to their building needs whether its commercial investments, or personal projects.

I chose Premier Building Systems to further my career in the steel industry because I think our relationships with our vendors and the quality we put into every project is bar none the best in the industry. The support and customer service I provide makes me and Premier Building Systems your trusted friend in the steel industry. Premier Building Systems has over 16 years of satisfied customers and having maintained an A+ rating with the better business bureau, showing consumers that we care about our standing in the industry and the longevity of the company.  

When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my wife and two young sons. Whenever I am not with them, you’ll find me in the woods hunting or riding a tractor. 

I’m Eddie Glausier – Construction Advisor for Premier Building Systems. I have worked in the steel industry for nine years. The industry has afforded me opportunities to work with great people and companies. My sales efforts with new, repeat, and referral customers have helped me to earn “Salesman of the Year” for three of the past four years. I pride myself with providing my customers quality service before, during and after the sale.  I work hard to give all my customers “The best bang for their buck”.

I chose to pursue a career with Premier Building Systems because it is a leader in the industry and has been in business for over 16 years.  Premier was recently named the 5^thlargest steel building distributor in the United States. Our company’s success can be contributed to the reputable suppliers of buildings, doors, and installation. Premier provides its customers with the highest quality products and service at affordable prices.

I have two daughters, Brittany – 23 a recent West Georgia grad and Middle School teacher and Paige – 20, a junior at the University of Georgia, majoring in accounting. In my spare time I like playing golf, watching football, and boating on Lake Lanier.

My name is Trevor Greene for the last seven years I have enjoyed my position as a construction advisor with Premier Building Systems. I would like to gain the opportunity to work with you on your construction project. We have been furnishing metal buildings throughout the United States and other countries for the past 17 years and have successfully acquired and retained a customer base of well over 5,000 quality customers. 

Premier Building systems primary objective from start to finish is to provide you with the highest quality building for the dollars spent, along with the best customer service before, during and most importantly after the delivery of your building.  I am asking for the opportunity, to serve you and help you make an educated decision and show you the more you “Look the better we look!”

When I am not selling steel buildings, I enjoy hunting, fishing, football and spending time with family.

My name is Gary Dunn, I have been in the steel industry for over 25 years. I was an independent erector for 23 years and erected Premier Buildings for 10 years before I made the move to come in the office and become a Premier Construction Advisor. I enjoy working with Premier customers on a daily basis and being able to help them design and build the structure that fits all of their needs.

 I chose Premier Building Systems to further my career in the steel industry because I had observed Premier’s commitment to customer service for many years as an erector and with over 16 years of satisfied customers and having maintained an A+ rating with the better business bureau, I was confident that I would have a solid foundation for a long term career.     

When I am not working, I enjoy drag racing, riding motorcycles and spending time with my wife and three sons.

My name is Bill Frazier. After thirty years of sales experience in the beverage industry, I have recently joined the sales professionals here at Premier Buildings Systems, Inc.

While I am new to the steel industry, I have known our President, Scott Philips, and his family for some forty years. Over time, I have watched as Scott grew his business into one of the most respected, and successful companies in the pre-engineered steel building business.

My name is Rance Rowell, this is my first year in the steel industry and I am extremely proud and honored to be a part of this team of professionals at Premier Building Systems. I am surrounded daily by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced staff in this industry. I have been able to witness Premier’s integrity, work ethic and customer service over the past few months.

I have known Scott Philip’s for many years and watched his company excel over the last 17 years. I know him to be a man of integrity and am grateful for the opportunity to build a career for me and my family here at Premier. My name is Annette Gribbin and I have had the pleasure of working at Premier Buildings Systems for the last six years. I started with Premier as a scheduling coordinator and have worked my way to the back office, handling AP/AR/Payroll etc. I am very fortunate that I am able to say, "I Love My Job", and the people I work with.

I resided in New England for many years before relocating to Georgia in 1998. I have two adult sons, one who lives local, in metro Atlanta and my oldest who recently relocated to South Carolina. When I am not working, my time is spent with family and friends. I enjoy traveling, the beach being one of my favorite destinations. I also enjoy cooking, baking and reading.

My name is Tara Ganas, I joined the team at Premier Building Systems after, years in the banking industry, where I was a personal banker. I enjoyed customer service in the banking industry and enjoy working with Premier customers on a daily basis through my position as the receptionist. I am the first contact over the phone and in person with Premier customers and truly enjoy meeting and speaking with our customers. I believe in treating each customer in the same way I would like to be treated. Premier Building Systems is very family orientated company and this was one of the main factors I considered when joining the Premier team. Being the mother of two young children this is very important to me. Away from work, I enjoy playing tennis & watching my children play many different sports.     

I enjoy working with  the many experienced construction advisors who provide excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable of the steel business industry. I have learned a lot from them since joining Premier and I’m very proud to be a part of an established company who has been in business for 17 years and are growing every day.   

I joined the Premier Building Systems, Inc. team in 2011, I was hired to handle the IT needs for the ever growing Premier family. In addition to the IT aspect of my job, I manage multiple Premier websites, handling all optimization and social networking for the business. Drawing on my years of experience in marketing and management I also advise management on the advertising plans for the Construction and Building Systems businesses. I am honored to be a part of such a superior group of experienced professionals who truly take pride in the product they are offering and do it with truly the best customer service I have experienced in over 23 years of working in the corporate world.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young children. We enjoy soccer, basketball, baseball, boating, motorcycles, ATV’s but most of all we just enjoy spending time together. We attend Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Flowery Branch and reside in Gainesville, Georgia where my children are blessed to attend North Georgia Christian School.
