Steel Buildings 2012

We hope you enjoy looking at some of the in progress and newly completed custom designed steel buildings that we have been working on so far this year. We will be adding more as we receive from the customer, or from our teams in the field, so stop back often and share with your friends.

This is a project newly completed in Jeffersontown, KY. Residential Steel shop built to work with the customers existing garage. This building is 36X48X14 with a 12' eave extension (canopy). The eave extension allows the customer to gain the cover of a lean-to without the supports of a lean to that can be in the way in a tight space, this is a practical option when space is a consideration.

Project in progress Lawrenceville, Georgia -- modification to existing steel commercial building along with addition of roof only expansion.

This commercial operation located in Lawrenceville, Ga started out with a existing commercial steel building that had one open bay. In order to obtain the end result that the customer needs the Premier Construction Division had to take down the existing end wall, move girts out and then put the end wall back up along with new sheeting to fully enclose what was the existing building, the next step will be to add the 60X30X16 roof only ... more pictures to follow.

A new job starting at an old job ...

Back in 2004 we built the existing structure with 4 bays shown in the images below. Now we will be pouring a new slab adding an additional building and an additional roof only for Atlanta Sprinkler. We look forward to updating progress pictures soon:

We have a large commercial construction project going on in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Gwinnett County. These commercial metal buildings are being erected in phases. In the images you can see the completed phase one building and the "in progress" phase two building. As this project progresses we will add more images.

Here are some images from the entire project underway in Conyers, Georgia. This 40 X 80 X 14 is going to be used to store a great collection of "toys".
